Subject	Vacuum line/Coolant reservoir

Message	I've deleted the EGR and did the water bypass. Does this vacuum line get plugged? It looks like it goes to the vacuum nipple under the driver side throttle body. Also, does something to in this hole in the coolant reservoir? And finally, my car has been sitting for a year, so the gas is probably stale. Should I put octane booster or toluene in it before starting it up?
